Does anyone know what is going on with the Loyalty Packs in Madden 25? I show a bunch of loyalty reward packs in the Gridiron section, but never got any Loyalty Packs to open. |

Contacted EA Sports and got a response that they are looking into it, but still no Loyalty Packs after a week.

Mine says I never even played those games under the loyalty sections which is BS because I buy this damn game every year

Finally got the points to be able to buy Madden Loyalty Packs after contacting customerexperience@ea.com on 9/26/13. My name is Damien and I'm contacting you from the EA Specialist Team regarding your issue with missing Loyalty Packs. Apologies for the delay in this response, it is not typical of the great service we here at EA provide. I can see from your account that you have all the Madden games and are obviously a big fan of our game! I'm sorry to hear you never received any loyalty packs, so with that in mind I've added 52,500 coins to your account. This will allow you to purchase 5 Pro Packs, for the Loyalty packs not received, and enough for another 2 Pro Packs for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding Richard.
