All Madden is difficulty level where computer controlled players perform at a higher level. This makes the game more difficult when you play against the computer. HOWEVER, when you play against another person, it does not make the game more difficult as there are ten players on your team being controlled by the computer. The computer will be making more plays with each of those ten players, so essentially you are receiving a skills boost for ten of eleven players on your team at any given time. Your players run routes better, tackle better, etc., so All Madden could be considered for the lesser skilled players as it is getting more computer assistance. Especially if you choose to let the computer make a play for the guy you are supposed to be controlling because at that point the computer will be controlling all the players. If you are a defensive linemen and then change to a defensive back when the ball is thrown then the defensive back will automatically be in a better position to make a play on the ball due to the All Madden skill level.
We know that EA has tuned the game to be realistic on All Pro by their own admission, and that is why it is the choice for online play. But regardless of All Pro Or All Madden, the computer will be controlling ten players normally on each team, each at the same skill level, so there is no extreme benefit either way. The only thing that you are getting on All Madden, is a less realistic game by computer controlled players as they are making unrealistic plays more often.
