I for one dont like it at all  This is the worst football game i have ever played. It's like this year EA didnt care at all. online is a joke fight for the fumble is a joke it's all random. Sorry if i sound like i'm trolling, but so far VERY DISSAPPOINTED. I will continue to play it and we paly in the league but damn EA TERRRIBLE!!!!!!! |

I have only had time to play two games offline and I really like it. I can actually make extra points again and can see the entire field so I can play defense without my defender leaving guys wide open I can't even see and defenders move more crisply instead of sliding all over the field, but I haven't had time to play online yet to know if the game is worse online.

i love it.. they finally made it where defenders cant pull a 180 in any direction an not loose momentum an speed or take a safety and cover the whole field..... theres some quirks in the game... xeo pointed out earlier .. the stradegy pad is kinda stupid ... They deffantly made it to where supertars play like them.. AP in this game an chris johnson are rediculous... an derelle revis is a monster.. but the game is fun an deffantly playable

At least offline the kicking is just like the old days. You press the A button to start the meter, press the A button again for kick power when the meter is all the way to the right, then press the A button again for accuracy when the meter is on the green arrow on the left of the meter. It is like the old golf swing meter.
No more anxiety over missing extra points anymore or chipshot FGs. I love it!

lol EA has always had the easiest kick meters.... i kicked a 61 yd the other night with mason crosby...

I like it but I feel like this is the least amount of additions in a few years. Not much has changed since Madden 10 IMHO. Madden 10 was a good game so that's not necessarily a bad thing. It just doesn't fell like $60 worth of changes.
To me NCAA is the better game this year.

To me, Madden >>>> NCAA. Maybe I'm just not a huge fan of the jittery and unstable feel you get when you play NCAA. Players sliding around and crazy hit-sticking.
Madden seems miles ahead and smoother and I love playing defense on it!

Don't get to excited about that kick meter... Just wait until you miss a critical Extra Point because of lag lol... or a game winning field goal goes WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE LEFT OR RIGHT because it lagged when you press A.... happens alot too it seems.
I love the game though and all the features.

I'm not a big fan of the game, it's too geared towards the offensive side of the ball. I completely agree.....I am really struggling on the defensive side of the ball right now. Seems like in a lot of online games I've played, the only real way to stop someone is for a turnover.... |

The game is good, the defense plays descent on all madden..............................i like it much more than ncaa because i don't see a whole lot of momentum in this game....if you have bad players they play bad, just like it's supposed to be. So don't get pissed off when you have a low rated QB who can't throw accuratley down the field...umm he is not supposed to lol
