For me, using the franchise league was sweet, at first. The idea of trading, progressing with your team/players from year to year was a great idea. However, as time went on -- I think for some, using the same team jerseys/stadiums became somewhat stale -- and having to play the CPU teams nearly 80+% of the time didn't help matters. IMHO, using Leaguedaddy and having me input the scores and embedding the standings inside the forum would be solid. Sure, we wouldn't be able to trade or see teams/players progress, but honestly, quite a few members here have always liked mixing it up the teams they play with from season to season vs. having to use the same team IE; jerseys and stadiums over quite a period of time. Sounds a little superficial, but true nonetheless. This will definitely be near the top of items to discuss once the football festivities kick-off this coming season.
