EA Sports has released a document that lists out the player ratings for all the rookies. This isn’t just the overall numbers but breaks it down for every single rating category. This is a good opportunity to understand the new ratings philosophy which has stretched out ratings with a bigger discrepancy between great, good, mediocre, and poor players. The overall rating doesn’t always reflect how effective a player is within their skill set. Given the timing in development it has been stated that changes will be made to some of the players. They will continue to be evaluated and/or adjusted based on where they ended up going in the draft. Download the excel file by clicking this link. |
