August 6, 2008 - Each day before the release of Madden, we're going to be featuring a new Madden Moment every day from one of the teams in the game. Today, we look at one of the surprise packages of 2007, the Cleveland Browns. The Browns' high-powered attack found their match in the Baltimore Ravens' taut defense; with 26 seconds left, the Browns trailed 30-27 and had to drive the ball down the field to tie the game up. The real-life Browns did it with a memorable last-second field goal from Phil Dawson that required replay before confirmation that it was good. We went a different direction. When Madden arrives next Tuesday, you can pick whichever strategy you want. source

Also for these madden moments they don't use the correct rosters at the real time of the momemnt. the browns didn't have stallsworth and i noticed in this madden demo the pats have Mayo, their rookie LB. just a little something i noticed

tw0mey watch the video again i saw stallworth lined up on as the #2 wr i meant that stallsworth shouldn't have been on the browns because he wasn't a brown when that happened in real life

would make it seem more legit to me. its not really a madden moment if it isn't like it was in the moment. whats the point then

Its like putting in The Drive with Elway and the Broncos and not having Elway in it, and putting in Jay Cutler and the current Broncos instead.

the commentary is horrible, just plane boring...and I agree with Tw0mey...what is the point in having the moment with the wrong people?? Some football game had stuff like this back in the day...might have been one of the 2K's I think and they had all the old players and if they couldn't get the right to use the, they just put their number in...
